I saw the Lord seated on a throne, high and exalted, and the train of his robe filled the temple. Above him were seraphs, each with six wings: With two wings they covered their faces, with two they covered their feet, and with two they were flying.  And they were calling to one another:
       “Holy, holy, holy is the LORD Almighty;
       the whole earth is full of his glory.”

Isaiah 6:1-3
This is the glorious place we are invited to when we speak to our Father.  Often times it is easy to for me to start to pray and get ahead of myself with my words or requests, it’s nice to just sit and be in His presence.  What a beautiful thing to walk into a room carpeted by His robe and just smile at Him, just take Him in with every breathe.

We got to go and spend time at a hospital this week.  We waited with the patients familys outside the emergency room.  I met a girl, Annie, she’s 16 and she was waiting with her 3 year old sister Andy (cute names I know!) they were waiting for their mom who was inside with their brother Carlos.  I went after asking their names and ages (almost the extent of my Spanish) and sat down with them on the sidewalk of the hospital.  I just sat with them, we spoke a bit in my broken Spanish and Annies bit of English, but for the most part it was an exchange of smiles.  And then little Andy began to spin and giggle and it became a giggling outpouring of the love of Christ.  The simple joys of children get me every time.  One of the students who spoke better Spanish came and prayed, and then they had to go.  It was a beautiful and refreshing fellowship with someone who I found out was a fellow believer, and I saw Christ in the smiles and the surrendered spinning.

It is sweet to just be.  To just be who you were created to be in the presence of The Creator.
